In Spain they would use cava, which is the Spanish sparkling wine. However, they also like French Champagne in Spain as well, so feel free to use that or any other sparkling wine you enjoy.

Ingredients
3oz triple sec
3oz brandy
2oz rum
2oz vodka
1 cup strawberries, blended
chopped up fruit as desired (apple, mango, tangerine, pear, peach)
1 bottle sparkling wine

Method – The Procedure
Mix together all ingredients except the sparkling wine and let it sit overnight if you can, or at least for a little while to soak up the flavors. Add in the sparkling wine just before serving, so that it doesn’t go flat. Enjoy!
